> How is JS different than other courier service companies?
We’re different in many ways. We are the areas largest express courier company, we have the most advanced technology, we have multiple terminal locations in the mid-west. Two very key differences are (1) that we combine our courier services with our distribution services, and (2) we offer Fleet management programs. Both are value-added services that provide exceptional value.

> Doesn’t FedEx and UPS provide the same service?
Not really. FedEx, UPS and others are overnight or multiple day delivery services and do not offer distribution programs we offer. In addition, we can deliver packages or products much earlier than these other services which can be a competitive advantage for our clients.

> Can we do e-commerce?
You can place orders on-line for our courier services via secure credit card processing. Our Distribution services require an account to be set-up.

> Does JS offer dock-high truck service?
Yes. Our fleet of vehicles can accommodate any needs.

> How do I set up an account?
Easy. You can set up an account on-line at www.jslogistics.com or by phone at 1-800-814-2634.

> Can more than one person in our office be set up for our account?
Yes. We have no limits on who can order from the company. When an account is set up, we will include the names of each individual authorized to place orders with us. Additional names can be added.

> What do I need to order on-line?
Just a computer connected to the internet. When you visit www.jslogistics.com, you can easily set up a new account or you can use our convenient credit card order process.

> If I do a one time delivery on-line, do I still need to set up an account?
No. You can process a one-time order without setting up an account with a credit card. We accept American Express, Mastercard & Visa.

> How do I know my order has been processed or received?
For every order, we issue a Transaction Number. This number allows you to check status of your order real-time on-line. Simply visit our website, input your transaction number and you’ll know exactly where the package is.

> How can I find the status of my delivery? or proof of my delivery?
You have two options – view the status of your delivery on-line by visiting www.jslogistic.com or call one of our friendly Customer Service Reps at 1-800-814-2634.

> Why am I charged fuel surcharge?
Due to the increases and fluctuating gasoline prices, we are adding a fuel surcharge to all deliveries. This is a more convenient way to cover actual costs than to continuously review our normal courier charges.

> How do I change my account info?
You have two choices. Log-in at www.jslogistics.com or call Customer Service at 1-800-814-2634.

> Can I receive a print out of my deliveries before bill arrives?
Yes. We can automatically generate reports for your deliveries or you can call us and we’ll send the print out to you. To set up automatic reporting, please contact your Account Manager or call Customer Service at 1-800-814-2634.
